Casey Jaynes is the Director for Middle and High School Learning Support Services for Boone County Schools in Florence KY.  Boone County is the 3rdlargest district in KY serving almost 21,000 students and has been consistently recognized as leader in education in KY and the nation.  In this role Casey works with all aspects of MS and HS curriculum development, instructional coaching, CTE programming and administrative leadership. 

Casey started his career as in education as in Information Technology and PLTW teacher with Henderson County Schools in Henderson KY.  He then transitioned to Logan County High School in Russellville KY for 3 years as an Assistant Principal and for 7 years as the Principal.  During his tenure LCHS went from one of the lowest performing high schools in the region to being ranked in the 95 percentile of all HS in KY earning LCHS a School of Distinction recognition in 2015.  LCHS was also recognized by the College Board Advanced Placement Honor Roll for the 4th, 5th, and 6th editions from 2013-2015 for increasing student enrollment and pass rate of AP exams. LCHS was the only public high school in KY to be recognized 3 years in a row.

Casey is currently passionate about leadership, change in culture of educational systems, career and college readiness for all students and future of education for society.
